Refund and Exchange Policy
NO REFUNDS, unless the performance is cancelled.

Exchanges only.

General Policies
No late seating or reentry.

Late comers can watch the remainder of the act on the monitor in the Saulsbury room.

If ticket holder is not checked in by curtain time, their seat is subject to resale.

No food or drink in the theatre.

Group discounts available for Family Series performances only.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Temple Civic Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
